Delia Meier, Board President

Delia is the owner and Senior Vice President of Iowa 80 Group and CAT Scale Co.  She is the current Chairman of the National Association of Truckstop Operators Government Affairs and previously served as a board member of the Iowa Economic Development Authority, the Bettendorf Chamber and the Iowa Underground Storage Tank Board.  

Darrell Hanson

Darrell served as a member of the Iowa Utility Board from 2007 through 2013.  He is a former assistant leader and state representative in the Iowa House of Representatives.  His other experiences include Senior Director of Transportation and Economic Development for the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments, County Extension Education Director for the Iowa State University Extension office, and taught at the University of Northern Iowa and Upper Iowa University.

Dwight Schumm

Dwight is the Managing Principal at Design Engineers, an influential engineering firm based in Cedar Rapids.

Bryan Sievers

Bryan is the Chief Operating Officer at Sievers Family Farm in Stockton, Iowa, and is the manager and owner of AgriRenew, in addition to owning several other businesses.   AgriRenew is an innovative biogas production company that uses biodigesters to process manure and other digestible materials to produce electricity.  Bryan previously served in the Iowa Senate and House of Representatives.

Executive Director – Bob Rafferty

Bob has 30 years of experience in a mixture of business and government activities.   A former legislator, he previously served as Chief of Staff and Director of the Department of Management under Iowa Governor Terry E. Branstad and as a consultant for Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack’s administration.   

Network Coordinator - Rob Szalay 

Rob previously served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.  He has experience in the fundraising and advocacy arenas, as well as multi-client lobbying experience at the State Capitol.  He has been active in numerous community organizations.
